Sodick Europe and Sodi-Tech UK Join the Global Sodick Team at IMTS 2026
This September, Peter Capp from Sodick Europe and Greg Capp from Sodi-Tech UK will travel to Chicago to join colleagues from Sodick Inc. at IMTS 2026.
Their visit is a great example of what Sodick represents as a global business — regional teams working together, sharing knowledge and supporting customers with the backing of one international organisation.
50 Years of Innovation on Show
IMTS 2026 comes at a significant time for Sodick as the company celebrates 50 years of innovation.
At Booth 338640, Sodick Inc. will showcase one of its most extensive IMTS line-ups to date, covering high-precision EDM, milling, additive manufacturing and automation.
Machines on display will include the AP30L high-precision sinker EDM, AX350L wire EDM, K3BL small-hole EDM and UX450L high-speed mill, alongside further EDM and additive manufacturing technologies.
Automation will also play a major role, with live robot integration demonstrating how Sodick technology can support unattended and lights-out production.

For Peter and Greg, the trip is about more than seeing new machines.
It is an opportunity to spend time with the Sodick Inc. team, exchange ideas from the UK, European and North American markets, and demonstrate the strength of the wider Sodick organisation.
